Lippisch Li.P-13B (1944)The follow-up to the Li.P-13A fighter, the Li.P-15B was Alexander Lippisch's twin-intake version of a coal-powered ramjet interceptor. Designed in December 1944, the plane featured a retractable skid in place of conventional landing gear. When parked, the plane was to sit on the edges of its down-turned wingtips.
